When working with personal data, we work in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic and the directly applicable European Union regulations, especially the resolution of the European Parliament and the Council (EU) 2016/679 dated 27 April 2016 about the protection of physical persons in association with processing personal data and the free movement of this data, as well as the termination of directive 95/46/ES (from here referred to only as “directive”), with Law #110/2019 Coll., about processing personal data, and Law #480/2004 Coll., about certain informational services and amending specific laws in their valid forms.
1.2 What Is Personal Data?
Personal data is any information that identifies or could identify a specific physical person. Personal data is specifically (but not only) understood as:
- Identification data such as name and surname, ID number, tax ID number, date of birth, gender, and account username;
- Sensitive data (a specific category of personal data) such as health information, contact information such as address, telephone number, and email address;
- Other information such as information acquired through cookies, IP addresses (network identifier) including type of browser, device, operational system, duration, and number of times a website was accessed, as well as other related information.
2. ACQUIRING AND USING PERSONAL DATA
2.1 How Do We Acquire Your Personal Data
Your personal data is provided when you complete the “I’m interested in this bond” form.
2.2 For What Reason and for What Purpose Do We Process Your Personal Data?
- Personal data entered using the form can be processed without your expressed consent to complete and fulfil the terms of an agreement, i.e. to provide our services. Furthermore, this data can be processed to fulfil our legal obligations (especially for record-keeping, archiving accounting documents, etc.) and based on our justified interest to protect our legal rights.
We can only use your personal data for purposes other than those which they were acquired with on your consent.
2.3 How Long Do We Use the Data?
The personal data submitted as part of contacting and requesting services are only used for the period necessary to fulfil the agreement and other legal requirements, e.g. to protect our legal rights. If you give us your consent to process your personal data or if we use your email address to send commercial messages as in the previous article, the data will be used while the Web Interface is in use where we offer services similar to those you utilized.
3. VYOUR PERSONAL DATA RIGHTS
3.1 The Right to Rescind Consent to the Processing of Personal Data
If we use your personal data only based on your consent (e.g. without any other legal reason), you can rescind this consent at any time.
Rescinding your consent to personal data processing is possible at any time by:
- An email sent to our contact email account;
- Calling out contact telephone number;

The removal of consent has no effect on the processing of the data that had taken place up to the date the consent was rescinded.
3.2 The Right to Accessing Your Personal Data

3.4 Right to Object to Processing
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data if we are doing so for direct marketing purposes including any kind of automatic processing. Once the objection is lodged, we will halt the processing of your personal data for this purpose.

You have the right to request your personal data be deleted if:
- The personal data is no longer needed for the reasons and uses for which they were originally collected;

- The personal data was processed illegally.
We are required to comply with the request if there is no legal reason to deny it.

You have the right to request limiting the processing of your personal data if:
- You deny the accuracy of your personal data;
- The processing is illegal and instead of deletion you request limited processing;

- You file an objection to processing.
With limited processing, we are only authorized to store your personal data and any further processing is possible only with your consent or for legal reasons.
If the processing is limited because of an objection, the limitation is valid for the period needed to determine whether we are obliged to comply with your request.
If the processing of personal data is limited because of inaccuracies, the limitation is valid until the data has been completed.
3.7 Right to Accurate Data
You have the right to acquire the personal data you provided in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and their transfer to another personal data administrator.

We will oblige you in the protection of your personal data as much as possible. However, if you are not satisfied you can turn to the relevant authority, i.e. the Office for the Protection of Personal Data (https://www.uoou.cz), which oversees the protection of personal data. This provision does not affect your right to address the Office for the Protection of Personal Data directly.
You can turn to the relevant authority in the relevant EU member state if your residence, your place of work, or the alleged violation of personal data protection took place outside the Czech Republic in another member state.
