Bonds as liabilities
Bonds represent direct, unconditional and unsubordinated debts of the issuer.
Taxation Risk
Income derived from the sale, redemption, or holding of bonds is subject to taxation, and the parameters of taxation may change over time. As a result, the amount paid to the investor upon the sale or redemption of the bond may be lower than originally anticipated.
Liquidity Risk
The issuer does not intend to seek the admission of the bonds for trading on a regulated or other market. The investor may not be able to sell the bonds at a fair market price until their maturity.

Inflation Risk
Bonds do not include an inflation clause. If the inflation rate exceeds the nominal yield of the bond, the investor´s real return from the investment in bonds will be negative.
Credit risk
As a result of an unfavorable market environment or other external or internal factors, the issuer may become unable to meet its due debts, including those from bonds.

We design, produce, and assemble them precisely according to the demands of our customers from Europe, Africa, Asia, and Central and Southern America. We are ISO 9001 certified and have been vetted to work with confidential information by the Czech National Security Authority. All our projects are certified and fulfil the European Space Agency’s ECSS norms.
